PCM Virtual Learning can be used for:

• Pre-Learning - providing a lively digital experience to explore blended learning opportunities, enabling participants to discover the six types of PCM personality prior to training.
• During Training - let participants discover the PCM components in a playful way and deepen their knowledge between training sessions.
• After Training - participants can continue learning PCM at their own pace for three months, encouraging them to put the Model into practice in their daily lives.
